We aim to deliver fresh groceries to your doorstep promptly and safely. Please read our shipping policy for details on delivery areas, fees, timings, and more.

🚚 Delivery Areas

We currently deliver only to Punggol and Sengkang Areas including:

  • All parts of Punggol and Sengkang

  • For areas outside our standard delivery zone, please contact us for special arrangements (additional fees may apply).

⏰ Delivery Schedule

We offer same-day or next-day delivery based on order time and availability:

Before 12:00 PM Next Day (3 PM – 10 PM)
After 12:00 PM Plus Additional Day Day (9 AM – 10 PM)

Note: Weekend and public holiday delivery may vary.

Additional charges may apply for express or special delivery requests.

📦 Packaging

We use secure and hygienic packaging to ensure all fresh and frozen items reach you in excellent condition.

  • Frozen items are delivered in insulated packaging

  • Perishables are packed separately to maintain freshness

⚠️ Missed Deliveries

If no one is available to receive the order at the time of delivery:

  • Our delivery partner will contact you

  • A re-delivery fee may apply if a second trip is required

  • Perishable items are non-refundable if not received during the agreed window

📲 Order Tracking & Updates

You will receive:

  • A confirmation email/SMS after placing your order

  • A notification when your order is out for delivery
