At SG Local Mart, we are committed to providing high-quality fresh food and groceries. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

You may request a return or exchange for the following reasons:

  • Damaged or defective products at the time of delivery

  • Wrong items delivered (e.g., incorrect product, quantity, or variety)

  • Expired products upon delivery

Note: Due to the perishable nature of fresh food, returns are not accepted for change of mind.

To request a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email at [Your Contact Info]

  2. Provide:

    • Order number

    • Clear photos of the product

    • Brief description of the issue

  3. Our team will review and respond at the earliest possible

  • Approved returns will be eligible for either:

    • A replacement or Coupon for next order.

    • A store credit / refund to your original payment method (processing may take 3–5 business days)

    • Online Store Decision is FinalΒ 

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

Fresh Produce, Vegetables

Melt down of Frozen good if you are not available at delivery location

Opened or partially used items

Products not stored properly after delivery

Items reported after 24 hours of delivery

If proof of delivery shows products delivered intact

Rounded Weight or Loss of minor weight for Vegetables which cannot be controlled.Β

If a delivery is missed due to incorrect address or unavailability, fresh products cannot be returned or refunded. Please ensure someone is available to receive your order.
