We do not accept returns for:
Fresh Produce, Vegetables
Melt down of Frozen good if you are not available at delivery location
Opened or partially used items
Products not stored properly after delivery
Items reported after 24 hours of delivery
If proof of delivery shows products delivered intact
Rounded Weight or Loss of minor weight for Vegetables which cannot be controlled.Β

If a delivery is missed due to incorrect address or unavailability, fresh products cannot be returned or refunded. Please ensure someone is available to receive your order.
